Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Executive (International Non-Voice) to join our global support team. This role involves providing real-time assistance to international customers through chat-based platforms, ensuring prompt resolution of queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently during night shifts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms for international clients

  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

  • Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when required

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality scores

  • Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and process changes


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (grammar, clarity, and tone)

  • Strong typing speed and multitasking ability

  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools or CRM systems

  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules if required


Experience

  • Fresher to 3 years of experience in international chat support, customer service, or non-voice processes

  • Prior experience in BPO/KPO or IT-enabled services is an added advantage

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply


Working Hours

  • Night Shift (aligned with international time zones)

  • 5 days working with rotational week-offs

  • Fixed or rotational night shifts based on business requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously with accuracy
