Global MNC Tech is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our growing global support team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in an international customer service environment. The executive will handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers from the US and UK, ensuring exceptional service delivery, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction while representing the brand professionally.
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers (US/UK markets).
Provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and address complaints efficiently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and clarity during all customer interactions.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately in CRM systems.
Meet individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Participate in training, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English with neutral or international accent.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in international voice/BPO/customer service roles will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
US/UK shifts (rotational or fixed, depending on process requirements).
5 days working with rotational week-offs.
Night shift allowances applicable as per company policy.
