Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant to support a reputed US-based CPA/CA firm. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks and Xero, a solid understanding of US accounting standards, and the ability to work efficiently during US night shifts. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and collaborate closely with US clients and internal teams.
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for US-based clients
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Work extensively with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Xero
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Support CPA/CA teams with audit preparation and documentation
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and client-specific accounting policies
Communicate with US clients via email and virtual meetings to resolve queries
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of financial data
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Xero
Good understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet strict deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity
2–6 years of relevant experience in US accounting or bookkeeping
Prior experience working with US CPA/CA firms is highly preferred
Exposure to US tax basics (1040, 1065, 1120) is an added advantage
US Night Shift (aligned with US/Canada business hours)
5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Fixed shift with rotational flexibility based on client requirements
In-depth knowledge of accounting cycles and financial reporting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time management and organizational skills
Capability to adapt quickly to new accounting tools and processes
