We are seeking a detail-oriented Experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with a background in the Aviation/Airline industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating critical flight, crew, and logistical data within our specialized aviation management systems. This position requires high precision, as the data you enter directly impacts operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Logistics Entry: Accurately input flight manifests, crew schedules, and maintenance logs into the company database.
Data Validation: Cross-reference passenger information and cargo documentation against international aviation standards.
Inventory Management: Update records for aircraft parts, fuel consumption, and on-board catering supplies.
Compliance Tracking: Ensure all entries adhere to FAA, EASA, or relevant local civil aviation authority guidelines.
Error Reconciliation: Identify and correct discrepancies in historical flight data and billing records.
Experience: 2+ years of data entry experience specifically within the Airline, Travel, or Logistics sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation terminology (e.g., IATA/ICAO codes, tail numbers, flight leg sequencing).
Speed & Accuracy: Minimum typing speed of 60+ WPM with near-perfect accuracy.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors in large datasets that could lead to significant operational delays.
Reliability: Self-motivated to meet deadlines in a remote, part-time capacity.
Systems: Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo is highly preferred.
Software: Mastery of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Data Validation) and Google Sheets.
Security: Must maintain a secure, private home network to handle sensitive passenger and corporate data.
Tools: Familiarity with aviation-specific software (e.g., NetLine, Altea, or similar flight operations systems).
Shift: Flexible Part-Time (approx. 15–20 hours per week).
Schedule: Primarily Monday – Friday, with optional weekend hours during peak travel seasons.
Mode: 100% Remote.
