We are seeking a versatile Technical Business Analyst / Scrum Master to bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and agile project delivery. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for translating high-level business requirements into technical specifications while also facilitating the Agile process for our development teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and can navigate the nuances of both the Product Backlog and the Sprint Lifecycle.
Requirement Engineering: Translate business needs into detailed technical user stories, API specifications, and data flow diagrams.
Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
Backlog Management: Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure technical debt is addressed alongside new features.
Impediment Removal: Identify and eliminate blockers to ensure the development team maintains a steady velocity.
Technical Liaison: Facilitate communication between developers, QA, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on team performance using Burn-down charts, Velocity tracking, and Cumulative Flow Diagrams.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Technical BA or Scrum Master role within a software development environment.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly preferred.
Technical Acumen: Ability to read code (Python, Java, or C#), understand system architecture, and query databases.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to manage team dynamics and stakeholder expectations.
Project Tools: Mastery of Jira and Confluence (Advanced Roadmaps, JQL, and workflow customization).
Modeling: Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and sequence diagrams using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
APIs: Experience with Postman or Swagger for documenting and testing API endpoints.
Environment: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Shift: Flexible / Standard Business Hours.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday).
Mode: Remote, Hybrid, or On-site (Project dependent).
