Global MNC Tech is seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role requires flexibility to work rotational night shifts to align with client operations.

Provide remote and on-site technical support to US clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and IT processes.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors for escalated issues.
Assist in deploying IT infrastructure upgrades and system patches.
Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT tools, best practices, and security protocols.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, VPN, and common desktop applications.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
Experience with remote desktop tools and IT helpdesk ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with international clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in desktop support, preferably supporting US or international clients.
Experience in a rotational night shift environment is highly desirable.
Rotational night shifts to support US client operations.
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as required.
In-depth understanding of desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
Strong grasp of IT service management best practices.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
