Global MNC Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for the US market, hiring IT professionals on W2 and C2C contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to US staffing processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced, incentive-driven environment. This position operates in a night shift to align with US time zones and offers high performance-based incentives.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions on W2 and C2C models.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Coordinate with US-based clients and account managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess technical and communication skills, and verify work authorization.
Negotiate pay rates, contracts, and onboarding details with candidates.
Submit qualified profiles to clients and follow up through interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT consultants for current and future requirements.
Ensure compliance with US labor laws, client policies, and internal recruitment standards.
Strong understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).
Hands-on experience hiring for IT roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, and Cloud professionals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
Good analytical and time-management skills with attention to detail.
1 to 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.
Prior experience working in a night shift for US clients is highly preferred.
Freshers with strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and excellent communication may also be considered.
