Global MNC Tech is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses (ICU/OT) to join our reputed private hospital network. This role is ideal for qualified B.Sc Nursing professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in critical environments such as the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Operation Theatre (OT). The successful candidate will play a vital role in patient safety, clinical excellence, and collaborative healthcare delivery.
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and OT settings
Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and clinical progress, and report changes promptly
Assist doctors and surgeons during medical procedures and surgical operations
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards
Maintain accurate and timely patient records, charts, and nursing documentation
Operate and monitor medical equipment used in ICU and OT environments
Educate patients and their families on care plans, procedures, and post-treatment guidance
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for effective patient outcomes
Maintain a clean, safe, and patient-friendly clinical environment
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with State Nursing Council
Strong clinical knowledge of ICU and/or OT nursing practices
Excellent patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in critical care settings
High level of empathy, professionalism, and ethical conduct
Basic computer skills for electronic medical records (EMR)
Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and emergency protocols
Freshers with ICU/OT training are encouraged to apply
1–5 years of relevant experience in ICU or Operation Theatre is preferred
Experience in private or multi-specialty hospitals will be an added advantage
Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
6 days working per week as per hospital roster
Emergency and on-call duties may be required
Strong understanding of critical care nursing standards
Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
Skilled in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and documentation
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
