Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking enthusiastic and patient Online Coding Tutors for Kids to teach foundational programming concepts using Python and Scratch. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology education and working with young learners. As a weekend-only position, it offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact by inspiring the next generation of coders in a fun, engaging, and interactive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online coding classes for children using Python and Scratch

• Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and coding projects

• Explain programming concepts in a simple, engaging, and creative manner

• Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, and curiosity among students

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and learners

• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive virtual classroom environment

• Use online teaching tools, coding platforms, and learning management systems effectively

• Stay updated with basic trends in coding education for children

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Python and/or Scratch programming

• Excellent communication skills, especially with children and parents

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for young learners

• Comfortable using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

• High level of patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home teaching setup

Experience

• Prior experience teaching coding to kids is highly preferred

• Freshers with strong programming knowledge and a passion for teaching are welcome

• Experience in online tutoring, EdTech platforms, or STEM education is an advantage

Working Hours

• Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)

• Flexible time slots based on class schedules

• Typically 2–6 hours per day depending on batch allocation
