Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn for our growing creative agency division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand storytelling, audience engagement, and performance analytics, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful social media campaigns. This role is critical in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation through compelling content and strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn aligned with brand and business objectives

  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and LinkedIn thought-leadership content

  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality visual and written content in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams

  • Monitor daily social media activities, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the online community

  • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations

  • Manage social media campaigns, promotions, and brand collaborations to increase reach and engagement

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities

  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all social platforms


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in managing Instagram and LinkedIn for brands or agencies

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics

  • Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools

  • Ability to analyze data and optimize content based on performance insights

  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities

  • Creative mindset with a strategic, results-oriented approach


Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a creative or digital marketing agency

  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and growth metrics

  • Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts is an added advantage


Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday (flexible working hours depending on campaign requirements)

  • Hybrid or remote work options may be available based on role alignment and performance
