Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused Admin Assistant / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is critical in creating a positive impression for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-groomed, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with confidence and discretion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, courier handling, and visitor logs

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and refreshments when required

  • Provide administrative support to management and internal teams

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office correspondence

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement

  • Ensure reception and office areas are clean, organized, and presentable

  • Support HR and admin-related activities as assigned


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Basic knowledge of office administration and front desk protocols


Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role

  • Freshers with good communication skills and a professional demeanor are encouraged to apply


Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday (5 days working)

  • Standard office hours (may vary slightly based on business requirements)
