Job Description

Join our Growth & Marketing team as a Marketing Business Operations Specialist, focusing on Testing & Analysis. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative marketing and data-driven execution. You will be responsible for setting up A/B tests, auditing marketing workflows, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize our ROI. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across email journeys, landing pages, and ad creatives.

  • Audit marketing automation workflows (HubSpot/Marketo) to ensure lead routing and data tagging are functioning correctly.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify bottlenecks in the marketing funnel and suggest operational improvements.

  • Monitor data integrity within the CRM, ensuring that marketing attribution is accurately captured.

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards to report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot tracking pixel issues and API integrations between marketing tools.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Marketing Operations, Sales Ops, or Data Analysis.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate complex metrics into actionable business insights.

  • Attention to Detail: Methodical approach to testing with a focus on eliminating variables and ensuring clean test results.

Technical Requirements:

  • MarTech Stack: Proficiency in Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot).

  • Data Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).

  • Testing Tools: Experience with Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.

  • CRM: Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) objects and reporting.


Work Details:

  • Shift: Standard Business Hours.

  • Schedule: 5 Days Working (Monday – Friday).
