Join our dynamic global support team as an International Chat Support Representative. This is a 100% non-voice role designed for tech-savvy communicators who excel at multitasking. You will be responsible for providing real-time solutions to global customers via digital chat platforms. We are looking for Immediate Joiners who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Manage multiple concurrent chat sessions with international customers, ensuring high-quality and timely responses.
Troubleshoot product inquiries, account issues, and service requests using a professional tone.
Navigate internal databases and knowledge bases to provide accurate technical or general information.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
Maintain a high standard of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and FRT (First Response Time) scores.
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree in Communications or IT preferred.
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in a Chat Support or Email Support role (International BPO experience is a plus).
Skills: Exceptional written English (grammar, spelling, and punctuation) and a typing speed of at least 40–50 WPM.
Availability: Must be able to join within 0–7 days of selection.
Workspace: A dedicated, distraction-free home office setup.
Connectivity: High-speed fiber internet (minimum 25 Mbps) with a stable power backup.
Aptitude: Proficiency in using chat tools (Zendesk, Intercom, or LiveChat) and CRM software.
Shift: Rotating 24/7 Roster (Includes Night Shifts and Weekends).
Schedule: 5 Days Working / 2 Days Off (Rotational).
