Job Summary:
Flipkart is hiring Customer Support Executives for voice and non-voice processes. In this office-based role, you will assist customers by resolving their queries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls (voice) or chat/email (non-voice).
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, returns, refunds, and deliveries.
- Provide accurate and complete information in a professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Log customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Proficient in Hindi, English, or regional languages (depending on location).
- Good communication skills—verbal (for voice) and written (for non-voice).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (non-voice).
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Shift and Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night), including weekends.
- 6-day working week with 1 weekly off.
Experience:
- Freshers welcome; prior experience in BPO/Customer Support is an advantage.
