Job Overview


We are hiring certified female Medical Coders for remote, work-from-home roles. This opportunity is ideal for women with a background in healthcare or life sciences who hold medical coding certification and are seeking flexible, home-based careers. You'll play a key role in converting clinical data into standardized codes for insurance billing and medical records.



Key Responsibilities



  • Review medical records and clinical documentation

  • Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes

  • Ensure compliance with payer policies and coding guidelines

  • Maintain high coding accuracy and productivity levels

  • Communicate with healthcare providers or billing teams for clarification

  • Submit coded data for billing or insurance claims



Qualifications



  • Female candidates preferred (encouraging women in remote healthcare careers)

  • Certification in Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCA, or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

  • Familiarity with coding software and EHR systems

  • Good attention to detail and analytical thinking

  • Freshers with certification are welcome; training support provided
