Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000/month (Based on shift and experience)



Job Overview


Flipkart is hiring female customer service representatives for its remote voice process team. This is a work-from-home opportunity designed for women who are fluent in Hindi, English, or regional languages and can handle customer calls in a friendly, problem-solving manner.



Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

  • Assist customers with order status, returns, refunds, delivery issues, and product queries

  • Resolve complaints with empathy and accuracy

  • Update call details in the CRM system

  • Follow communication guidelines and company scripts

  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when needed



Qualifications



  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred

  • Good verbal communication in Hindi and English (other languages a bonus)

  • Basic computer and mobile handling skills

  • Smartphone or laptop with internet connection

  • Female freshers, housewives, or career restarters encouraged to apply

  • Prior experience in voice BPO or customer care is an advantage
