1. French Customer Service Representative 2. English–French Translator / Localization Specialist



1. French Customer Service Representative – Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide world-class support to French-speaking customers via chat, email, or phone

  • Resolve issues related to orders, payments, returns, and product information

  • Escalate complex queries to relevant departments while maintaining professionalism

  • Document interactions accurately in Amazon’s support systems

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through empathy, efficiency, and clarity



2. English–French Translator – Key Responsibilities:



  • Translate written content such as product descriptions, help articles, and marketing materials

  • Ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness

  • Proofread and edit translated texts

  • Collaborate with localization teams to meet tight deadlines

  • Use translation tools and Amazon’s internal systems effectively



Requirements for Both Roles



  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills

  • Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency

  • Previous experience in customer service or translation (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Quiet home office setup with reliable internet access
