Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments from fulfillment centers to delivery stations and final destinations
- Track and monitor shipment statuses to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve transportation issues
- Schedule and adjust deliveries, including routing support and carrier communication
- Review documentation such as shipping labels, manifests, and tracking details
- Respond to delivery inquiries from various stakeholders and provide timely updates
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched efficiently
- Report delays or transportation discrepancies and suggest resolution strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus)
- Basic experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and internal tracking systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
