Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Claims Processor to support our international insurance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing insurance claims accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with global insurance standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Review and process international insurance claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Verify claim documentation for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
Investigate discrepancies and follow up with clients, providers, or internal teams as needed.
Maintain accurate records of claims activities in the claims management system.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
Communicate claim decisions clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
Escalate complex or suspicious claims to senior team members or fraud units.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and claims processing systems.
Ability to interpret policy documents and insurance terminology.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims processing, healthcare billing, or related administrative role.
Experience handling international insurance claims is highly preferred.
Prior remote work experience is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong relevant skills may be considered for junior roles.
Full-time remote role.
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts aligned with international time zones.
Occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required based on business needs.
Working knowledge of international insurance practices and compliance standards.
Familiarity with claims adjudication workflows and documentation review.
