Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused SaaS Implementation Specialist to lead successful onboarding and launch experiences for our customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation lifecycle, ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and adoption of our SaaS solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive timely and high-quality client launches.
Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for new and existing clients.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during onboarding.
Configure platform settings, integrations, and workflows based on client requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed implementation project plans and timelines.
Conduct client discovery sessions to gather technical and business requirements.
Provide virtual training sessions and user enablement support.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
Monitor launch readiness and ensure successful go-live outcomes.
Document implementation processes, best practices, and client configurations.
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction.
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based software environments.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
Experience with CRM systems, APIs, or system integrations is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and project tracking systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or technical account management.
Proven track record of managing client launches or software deployments.
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric technology environment.
Prior remote work experience is an advantage.
Fully remote role.
Flexible working hours with overlap required during core business hours.
Occasional extended hours during critical client launches may be required.
Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models and customer lifecycle.
Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
