Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Remote Web Designer – Framer/Webflow Specialist to join our global digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building visually compelling, high-performing, and conversion-focused websites using modern no-code tools such as Framer and Webflow.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, developers, and branding teams to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using Framer and Webflow.

• Translate wireframes, mockups, and business requirements into high-quality web designs.

• Create visually appealing layouts, animations, and micro-interactions.

• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

• Maintain and update existing websites, landing pages, and digital assets.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to build conversion-optimized pages for campaigns.

• Work closely with developers to integrate APIs, CMS content, and third-party tools.

• Conduct usability testing and continuously improve user experience.

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and web technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Framer and Webflow.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.

• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for customization).

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Understanding of SEO, web performance, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer.

• Proven portfolio demonstrating websites built with Framer and/or Webflow.

• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.

• Background in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing environments is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours with overlap across global time zones.

• Expected commitment: 40 hours per week.
