Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Training Specialist – Vietnamese Language Annotation to join our growing Artificial Intelligence team. In this role, you will play a critical part in training and improving AI models by providing high-quality Vietnamese language data, annotations, and linguistic insights.

You will work on cutting-edge AI and machine learning projects, ensuring that language models accurately understand, interpret, and generate Vietnamese content. This position is ideal for language professionals who are passionate about technology, linguistics, and the future of AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate, label, and validate Vietnamese language data for AI and machine learning models.

• Review and correct AI-generated Vietnamese text for accuracy, grammar, tone, and cultural relevance.

• Classify text, audio, or conversational data based on predefined guidelines.

• Ensure high-quality linguistic outputs by following annotation standards and quality metrics.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and project managers to improve model performance.

• Provide linguistic feedback and insights to refine training datasets.

• Participate in quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

• Meet productivity and accuracy targets within assigned timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese (written and spoken).

• Strong command of English for communication and documentation.

• Excellent understanding of Vietnamese grammar, syntax, and semantics.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines and workflows.

• Basic computer literacy and comfort working with online tools and platforms.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in language annotation, translation, localization, content moderation, or linguistic analysis (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience in AI training, NLP projects, or data labeling is a plus.

• Fresh graduates with strong language skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours (Remote/Hybrid depending on location).

• Typically 40 hours per week.

• May require working across different time zones based on project needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts is an advantage.

• Ability to understand AI model behavior and adapt annotations accordingly.
