Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Grant Researcher to join our Innovation & Tech Hub team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and compiling funding opportunities that align with our cutting-edge technology projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong research acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to synthesize complex funding landscapes into actionable insights. As a key member of our remote team, you will directly contribute to securing financial resources that accelerate innovation and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify relevant grants, funding programs, and innovation incentives at local, national, and international levels.

• Analyze eligibility criteria, deadlines, and funding requirements to assess alignment with Global MNC Techs projects.

• Maintain and update a centralized database of potential funding opportunities and their status.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and R&D teams, to understand funding needs and priorities.

• Prepare clear, concise reports and summaries on grant opportunities, trends, and insights.

• Track submission deadlines and assist in coordinating grant applications with internal teams.

• Provide recommendations for strategic funding approaches and partnership opportunities.

• Keep abreast of policy changes, funding trends, and emerging programs in innovation and technology sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Research, Technology Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in grant research, funding analysis, or related roles in innovation, technology, or R&D environments.

• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and research databases.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in grant research, funding acquisition, or business development in technology-driven organizations.

• Experience working remotely or in distributed teams is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in identifying and tracking grant or funding opportunities for large-scale projects.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time remote position.

• Flexible working hours with core team overlap for collaboration across global time zones.

• Ability to occasionally attend virtual meetings across different international time zones.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of the innovation funding ecosystem, including government grants, research funds, and private sector initiatives.

• Ability to translate complex funding guidelines into actionable insights for non-specialist stakeholders.

• Capacity to work independently while contributing to team goals.
