Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a talented and highly creative Remote UI/UX Designer – Product Experience (Mobile) to join our global product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders across different regions to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional, and visually compelling mobile interfaces.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for a designer who is passionate about mobile-first design, usability, accessibility, and continuous innovation in digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile applications, from concept and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and engaging mobile user flows.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components.

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.

• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, and interaction patterns.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

• Stay updated with emerging UX trends, mobile technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Solid understanding of mobile design principles (iOS and Android guidelines).

• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques.

• Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.

• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, mobile frameworks) is a plus.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably focused on mobile products.

• Proven portfolio showcasing mobile app design and product experience work.

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional product teams.

• Prior experience in remote or distributed teams is an advantage.
