Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Appointment Setter – High-Ticket B2B Sales to join our growing global sales team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and booking high-quality sales appointments with key decision-makers across various industries.
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a vital role in shaping the customer journey. You will work closely with senior sales consultants and account executives, ensuring that only qualified, high-intent prospects are scheduled for high-value sales conversations.

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms.
Identify and qualify high-ticket B2B prospects based on predefined criteria.
Engage decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Directors, and Managers) in meaningful conversations.
Schedule qualified sales appointments for senior sales consultants.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
Continuously improve scripts, objection handling, and sales techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Confident speaking with C-level executives and business owners.
High level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay resilient.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
Prior experience in high-ticket sales (SaaS, consulting, digital services, enterprise solutions) is highly preferred.
Experience working in a remote or international sales environment is a plus.
Fully remote position.
Flexible working hours aligned with target market time zones (US, UK, or EU).
Typically 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Occasional availability for meetings or training sessions.
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification.
Ability to quickly understand complex products and services.
Knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
Excellent listening skills and ability to identify client pain points.
Results-oriented mindset with strong KPI focus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
