Startup Inno, a forward-thinking SaaS company focused on sustainability solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Remote Account Executive to manage and grow our presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to making a measurable impact on sustainability through innovative software solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the DACH region.
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market companies.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops tailored to customer needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to drive demand generation and client satisfaction.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the management team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and sustainability initiatives relevant to SaaS solutions.
Represent Startup Inno at regional events, webinars, and online forums to promote thought leadership in sustainability technology.
Proven track record of B2B SaaS sales success, preferably in sustainability, energy, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of the DACH market, including cultural and business practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or sales, with demonstrable success in achieving targets.
Experience selling to enterprise clients within Germany, Austria, or Switzerland is highly desirable.
Previous exposure to sustainability, environmental technology, or related industries is a plus.
Remote role with flexible working hours aligned to DACH time zones (CET/CEST).
Occasional participation in virtual meetings and events outside standard working hours may be required.
Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and enterprise sales cycles.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and craft tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive sales environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
