Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning. In this role, you will lead cutting-edge AI projects, optimize LLM architectures, and develop scalable AI solutions to drive business transformation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with strategic thinking, a passion for AI innovation, and experience translating research into production-ready solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys AI capabilities, mentoring junior data scientists, and contributing to the overall AI strategy of Startup Inno.
Lead the design, development, and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) for various business applications.
Conduct advanced data analysis and modeling using state-of-the-art GenAI techniques.
Optimize AI pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Develop and implement strategies for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring.
Stay abreast of emerging AI research and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into projects.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain data privacy standards.
Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
Strong expertise in LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and fine-tuning techniques.
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other ML frameworks.
Experience with NLP, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying AI models in production.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to AI-driven solutions.
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI research roles.
Proven track record of deploying LLMs and GenAI solutions in real-world applications.
Experience leading AI projects and mentoring teams is highly desirable.
Full-time role with flexibility in remote or hybrid working options.
Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional extended hours based on project deadlines.
