Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day transportation activities, including scheduling, route planning, and carrier assignments.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including fulfillment centers, warehouse staff, and supply chain managers, to ensure seamless logistics operations.

• Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

• Maintain accurate transportation records, including shipment documentation, carrier contracts, and compliance reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies related to transportation and logistics.

• Communicate effectively with external vendors, freight carriers, and internal stakeholders to address transportation needs and challenges.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation processes and service levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.

• Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with carrier management, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed to meet operational deadlines or support logistics projects.
