Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Junior Video Editor to join our dynamic content team. This role focuses on producing high-quality video content for our YouTube channel, ensuring engaging, visually appealing, and brand-aligned media that captures and retains audience attention. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, has a strong eye for detail, and is familiar with modern editing techniques and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content for the YouTube channel.

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to understand video requirements and concepts.

• Add motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and sound effects to enhance video quality.

• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, style, and tone.

• Manage video file organization, storage, and version control efficiently.

• Stay updated on current trends in video content creation and social media engagement strategies.

• Assist with subtitles, captions, and basic audio adjustments as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (After Effects or equivalent).

• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and YouTube optimization best practices.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, preferably with digital content or social media platforms.

• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects is required.

Working Hours

• Part-time role with flexible hours (approximately 15–20 hours per week).

• Ability to meet project deadlines and coordinate with the content team during core collaboration hours.
