We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our growing brokerage in Dubai. This is a remote role focused on the front end of the sales cycle: Lead Generation and CRM Management. You will be responsible for ensuring our agents are fed high-quality leads and that our database is meticulously maintained. If you understand the fast-paced nature of the Dubai property market (off-plan vs. secondary) and can manage multiple listing portals simultaneously, we want to hear from you.
Lead Generation: Source and qualify potential buyers and sellers through social media, property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), and cold outreach.
CRM Management: Data entry, lead tagging, and pipeline tracking in our CRM. Ensure no lead goes cold through automated drip campaigns and manual follow-ups.
Listing Management: Create and update property listings with high-quality descriptions, correct RERA permit numbers (Trakheesi), and professional images.
Appointment Setting: Coordinate between interested leads and our Dubai-based agents to schedule viewings and valuations.
Market Research: Compile weekly reports on price trends in specific areas like Dubai Marina, Downtown, and JVC to assist in CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) reports.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Real Estate VA, specifically supporting the Dubai/UAE market.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate process, including the difference between Form A, Form B, and Form F.
Language: Native-level fluency in English. Bilingualism (Arabic, Russian, or French) is a massive advantage given the investor demographic in Dubai.
Time Zone: Must be able to work on GST (Gulf Standard Time) hours.
CRM Tools: Proficiency in Propertybase, HubSpot, Bitrix24, or Salesforce.
Portals: Expert-level knowledge of Property Finder (Manager) and Bayut (Profolio) backends.
Design: Basic skills in Canva for creating social media property flyers and WhatsApp marketing templates.
Communication: Mastery of WhatsApp Business, Slack, and Zoom.
Location: 100% Remote (Open to candidates worldwide, but GST hours are non-negotiable).
Schedule: Full-time (Sunday – Thursday / Monday – Friday options).
Compensation: Competitive monthly salary + Performance Bonuses per Closed Deal.
Training: 3-day intensive onboarding regarding our current inventory and specific neighborhood focus.
