Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant with strong expertise in Tally Prime and GST filing to support the financial operations of a local firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with timely financial reporting. This role is well-suited for professionals who are hands-on, organized, and eager to grow their accounting career in a stable and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally Prime

• Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Maintain accurate records of invoices, vouchers, bills, and payments

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Support statutory audits and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and local tax laws

• Prepare basic financial reports for management review

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• Proficiency in Tally Prime

• Strong knowledge of GST rules, returns, and compliance

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping

• Experience working with local firms, SMEs, or CA offices is preferred

• Freshers with strong practical knowledge of Tally and GST may also be considered

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Monday to Saturday (as per local firm working schedule)

• Fixed day shift
