We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing SaaS Startup. In this role, you will be the guardian of our visual identity, working at the intersection of brand design and product experience. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our web platform while also designing high-impact brand assets for our marketing site. This is a high-ownership role where your designs will directly influence the growth and user retention of a scaling software product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for our SaaS web application.

• Develop and maintain a cohesive Design System to ensure visual consistency across the product.

• Create visually stunning web layouts for marketing landing pages that drive conversions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoffs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on real-world data and feedback.

• Design brand collateral including iconography, typography, and digital assets for product launches.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean aesthetics, logical user flows, and web-based product design.

• Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and communicate design decisions clearly.

Technical Requirements:

• Design Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Prototyping).

• Graphic Tools: Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for brand assets.

• Web Knowledge: Strong understanding of responsive web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS constraints.

• Workflow: Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion for remote team collaboration.

Work Details:

• Shift: Flexible Hours (Core overlap with EST or GMT preferred).

• Schedule: 5 Days Working (Monday – Friday).
