Customer Success Associate – German Language Support (Voice & Email)

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate (German Language Support) to provide exceptional customer service via voice and email. You will assist German-speaking customers by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer support via phone and email in German and English.
  • Address customer inquiries, technical issues, and account-related concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
  • Accurately document and track customer interactions in the support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 or higher).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in customer service, support, or client relations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a related field.
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or tech support is a plus.
  • Recent graduates with strong language skills and a passion for customer service are welcome to apply.
