We are looking for a Customer Success Associate (German Language Support) to provide exceptional customer service via voice and email. You will assist German-speaking customers by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support via phone and email in German and English.
- Address customer inquiries, technical issues, and account-related concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
- Accurately document and track customer interactions in the support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 or higher).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in customer service, support, or client relations is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or tech support is a plus.
- Recent graduates with strong language skills and a passion for customer service are welcome to apply.

- Full-time (40 hours per week).
