Key Responsibilities



  • Multichannel Support: Manage customer interactions through live chat and voice calls to assist with order tracking, returns, payments, and other service-related queries

  • Problem Solving: Resolve issues effectively by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions

  • Communication: Provide clear, concise, and empathetic responses in a professional tone

  • Case Logging: Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Policy Adherence: Follow company guidelines, scripts, and escalation procedures to maintain service quality standards

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience through timely resolution and proactive communication




Qualifications & Requirements



  • 0–2 years of experience in BPO/customer service (Freshers encouraged to apply)

  • Proficient in English and Hindi; knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus

  • Comfortable handling both chat and voice-based interactions

  • Ability to multitask using different software tools and browsers

  • Must have a laptop/desktop with webcam, stable internet connection, and a quiet home environment

  • Willing to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
