Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate online volunteer activities, schedules, and onboarding

  • Maintain communication with volunteers through email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings

  • Assign tasks, track contributions, and motivate volunteer participation

  • Organize virtual awareness campaigns, drives, and training sessions

  • Collaborate with NGO team members to ensure smooth project execution

  • Prepare simple reports on volunteer engagement and outcomes



Qualifications



  • Female candidates aged 18+ with a passion for social causes

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Comfortable using mobile apps (WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Docs, etc.)

  • Prior NGO or volunteer experience is a plus but not mandatory

  • Self-driven, empathetic, and reliable with time management
