We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR strategy and operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving talent management strategies, and fostering a high-performance, people-first culture across the organization.


This is a leadership role ideal for an HR professional ready to make a significant impact at both strategic and operational levels.




Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with organizational goals

  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives

  • Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and inclusivity

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, labor law compliance, and grievance resolution

  • Lead compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with finance and leadership

  • Manage HR team performance and provide mentorship to junior HR staff

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and structure initiatives

  • Monitor HR metrics and deliver insights to support data-driven decision-making

  • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on people-related matters




Requirements



  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or strategic role

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations in Pakistan

  • Proven experience leading HR transformation and organizational change initiatives

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Based in Karachi or open to relocation
