Key Responsibilities



  • Assist with posting job ads across job boards and social platforms

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  • Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the recruitment process

  • Maintain candidate databases and update tracking systems

  • Support onboarding tasks including document collection and orientation scheduling

  • Assist in creating job descriptions, offer letters, and recruitment reports

  • Collaborate with HR team on campus recruitment, job fairs, and outreach events

  • Help maintain a positive candidate experience and employer brand



Qualifications & Skills



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field

  • Friendly and professional demeanor

  • Based in Karachi, with knowledge of the local job market preferred
