Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month or $14 – $22/hour (based on region and working hours)



Job Overview


We are hiring entry-level HR Support Specialists to work remotely from home. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in Human Resources without prior experience. You will assist with basic HR operations, employee communication, and document processing—all while gaining hands-on training and exposure to core HR functions.



Key Responsibilities



  • Assist HR team with onboarding and offboarding documentation

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases

  • Schedule virtual interviews and send calendar invites

  • Respond to employee queries via email, chat, or phone

  • Help with payroll support and attendance tracking

  • Draft HR letters and support compliance documentation

  • Coordinate virtual training or feedback sessions



Qualifications



  • Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any field (HR or Business preferred)

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, email tools)

  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions

  • Freshers, recent graduates, or career restarters are encouraged to apply
