Key Responsibilities



  • Candidate Sourcing: Search for and identify potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media

  • Screening Applicants: Conduct initial screening calls or virtual meetings to assess candidate fit for open roles

  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Building Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients through regular communication

  • Database Management: Keep candidate information up-to-date and organized in the applicant tracking system

  • Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms

  • Support Recruiters: Assist senior recruiters with recruitment campaigns, sourcing tasks, and follow-ups

  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates on recruitment activities and candidate pipeline



Qualifications & Requirements



  • No previous recruitment experience required – full training provided

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly

  • Comfortable using email, social media, and basic computer applications

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet goals/deadlines

  • Motivated, positive attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer
