We are looking for a data-driven HR Analyst to join our growing HR team in Karachi. As an HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic initiatives within the HR department. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR metrics, reporting, and using data to enhance HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics such as recruitment data, employee turnover, training effectiveness, compensation trends, and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to HR leadership
- Conduct workforce analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities related to talent management and retention
- Support HR business partners and leadership in making data-driven decisions regarding workforce planning, development, and retention strategies
- Automate and improve HR reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with HR teams to design surveys and analyze employee feedback for engagement and satisfaction improvement
- Assist in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and preparing salary review reports
- Provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership based on data insights
- Work with HRIS and other data management systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar tools)
- Experience in creating detailed HR reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner for decision-makers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR metrics and best practices in HR data analysis
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
