We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Campus Recruitment Manager to lead our university hiring initiatives in Karachi and across Pakistan. In this role, you will build strong relationships with academic institutions, create engaging campus outreach programs, and ensure a consistent pipeline of top graduate talent for our business.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute the annual campus recruitment strategy in alignment with business needs

  • Build partnerships with top universities, colleges, and student organizations across Pakistan

  • Plan and lead on-campus events, job fairs, and virtual hiring campaigns

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for interns, management trainees, and entry-level hires

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements for graduate programs

  • Coordinate assessment centers, interviews, and onboarding processes

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top choice for students and graduates

  • Analyze and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve outreach and conversion

  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts within university hiring

  • Stay up to date with trends in campus recruiting, hiring platforms, and Gen Z workforce expectations



Requirements



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or university relations

  • Strong network and experience with top universities in Karachi and other major cities

  • Excellent public speaking, event planning, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple campus campaigns across regions

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office

  • Passion for student development, talent scouting, and innovation in hiring

  • Willingness to travel locally for campus visits and career events
