We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to champion employee relations, engagement, and organizational development at our Karachi office. In this role, you will act as a bridge between management and employees, driving initiatives that support a healthy workplace culture and aligned business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters, ensuring timely and fair resolution of workplace issues
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies accordingly
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and wellness initiatives
- Lead conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance counseling in accordance with labor laws
- Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover trends; recommend actions for improvement
- Support talent management processes including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and ethical practices
- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and culture surveys to inform HR strategy
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters
- Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment, learning & development, and organizational change
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or employee relations capacity
- Solid knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws and employee relations best practices
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
- Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be based in Karachi or willing to relocate
