Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations while remaining calm and professional.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Amazon products, services, or policies.
