Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT and sales positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to find potential candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruiting for non-IT or sales roles (1–3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging talent.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a staffing agency or as an in-house recruiter.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
