Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to oversee and manage daily office operations in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain organized records, and support the team in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure the workspace is organized.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain and update office records, employee data, and documentation.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors for required services.
Assist in payroll processing and financial reporting.
Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and memos.
Uphold a professional office environment and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of office administration experience is advantageous.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Nagercoil.
