Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general inquiries.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process ticket bookings, refunds, and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
Handle administrative tasks such as updating customer records, documenting interactions, and maintaining communication logs.
Upsell Delta Airlines services such as seat upgrades, additional luggage, and other relevant services.
Assist customers with the airline’s online services, including website navigation and mobile app usage.
Offer proactive solutions to enhance the customer’s travel experience, ensuring a positive and seamless journey.
Meet performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction, and call resolution.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or airline industry experience is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

Job Requirements
Location: This position is remote, but candidates must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the country.
