Job Overview

We are hiring female tutors to teach students from Class 1 to 10 through live online classes. This part-time opportunity is ideal for women, including housewives, ex-teachers, B.Ed graduates, or working professionals who are passionate about education and want to earn from home with a flexible teaching schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online tutoring sessions for students in Class 1–10


• Teach subjects such as Math, Science, English, Social Studies, and local languages


• Prepare basic lesson plans and clarify students' doubts


• Provide individual attention and academic guidance to students


• Track student progress and share feedback with parents when needed


• Use Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools for virtual classes

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)


• Strong command over school subjects and good communication skills


• Comfortable using smartphones or computers with internet


• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not mandatory


• Fluent in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a bonus)
