Job Summary

We are actively hiring passionate and knowledgeable Online Tutors to support Canadian students in a wide range of subjects from K-12 to college-level. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via Zoom or other online platforms


• Customize lesson plans to meet individual learning styles and academic goals


• Provide homework help, test preparation (EQAO, SAT, AP, etc.), and academic mentoring


• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents


• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistent communication


• Use digital tools and resources to create an engaging learning experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or currently pursuing a degree in a related field (Education, Science, Math, English, etc.)


• Excellent subject knowledge in at least one core academic area


• Fluent in English; bilingual in French is a strong asset


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with virtual teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)


• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students learn

Experience

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory


• New graduates, teaching interns, and university students are encouraged to apply


• Experience with Canadian curriculum (Ontario, Alberta, BC, etc.) is an asset
