As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings.
• Update customer information in the database accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer engagement and processes.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any local languages.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
