As a Telecom Engineer specializing in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) at Progressive Technology, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing SIP-based communication systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain SIP-based communication systems and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SIP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting SIP-related issues and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom engineering with a focus on SIP and VoIP technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SIP configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in working with telecom service providers and managing SIP-related projects is a plus.

Working Hours:
