Job Summary:
As a Telecom Engineer specializing in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) at Progressive Technology, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing SIP-based communication systems. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of our telecommunication services, enhancing our global network’s efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain SIP-based communication systems and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, and DNS.
• Experience with SIP-based equipment and platforms such as SIP trunks, gateways, and softswitches.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SIP-related issues and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom engineering with a focus on SIP and VoIP technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SIP configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
